A chest opens when a row is cleared. Published provider material lists chest values from 2x through 100x and explains that multiple opened chests multiply rather than add.
Use the field animation or history to verify that every block in the row was removed and the associated bottom chest opened. Partial progress is not an opened chest.
Write down each displayed chest value before calculating a combined multiplier.
If two chests show 2x and 5x, their combined factor is 10x under the published mechanic, not 7x. With three chests, multiply sequentially and keep the intermediate result.
Do not multiply a final on-screen combined value again if the history already includes every chest.
Check whether the game applies the combined factor to a qualifying field win, total round win or another value named in the current rules. Record that base before calculating currency.
An illustrative 10x factor on an eligible A$3 base gives A$30; it does not establish how often that result occurs.
Compare the accepted stake, eligible base, individual chests, combined factor and final credited amount with the round ledger.
Send the round ID and those fields to support if the arithmetic does not match; avoid relying on a balance change that may include another simultaneous round.
