A frozen animation does not itself prove that a round was cancelled. The platform ledger determines whether the stake was accepted and how the server settled the mine.
Open game history and match the timestamp, stake and round ID. A wallet change alone is ambiguous when multiple rounds occurred close together.
Save the record before refreshing repeatedly or launching another game.
Check the 5×3 reel symbols and the resulting 5×7 block changes. Add any cleared rows, chest values and combined factor shown in the final record.
The missing animation can hide the path while the ledger still contains the outcome.
A final result should reconcile with the transaction history. A pending label means the platform has not completed reconciliation and should be checked after its stated window.
Do not replay the same stake expecting the old round to reappear.
Provide support the round ID, timestamp with timezone, device/browser, accepted stake and history screenshots. State whether the issue was video, controls, history or wallet settlement.
Never send a password, one-time code or remote-access credential to investigate a game round.
